More Projects
For an addition under construction at a run-of-the-river hydroelectric plant at a dam on the Ohio River, Dimensional Engineering helped re-machine a downstream inner cone. We used a laser tracker to inspect the as-built condition of the turbine mounting flanges, set the flange facing machine, and monitored the machining progress to maintain the required dimensional tolerances.
The 84-megawatt plant promises to bring high volumes of new, clean, green, and renewable energy to the Ohio Valley Region.
